RENTAL PERIOD
The shortest rental period is 48 hours. In case of delivery delays, 1/3 of the daily rate is charged for each additional hour. For delays exceeding 2 hours in total, a full day fee is charged.

LONG TERM RENTALS

For long-term rental, the minimum rental period is 30 days. Special price applies. For information on the rental price and conditions, you can call the Kindliness Rent A Car Reservation Center or the nearest Kindliness Rent A Car Office on +90 501 080 62 67.

ONE WAY HIRE

In case the vehicle is returned to another city from the city where it was received, a One Way Fee is applied regardless of the rental period. For one-way fare information, you can call our Reservation Center or the nearest Kindliness Rent A Car Office.

VEHICLE RECEPTION - VEHICLE RELEASE

Vehicle delivery and pick-up from the customer are free of charge at our International Airports Offices, which provide 24-hour uninterrupted service, and during working hours at our other offices. Except for International Airports, vehicle deliveries and vehicle drop-offs outside working hours are free of charge.

AIRPORTS SERVICE FEE

Airport Service fee is not charged for rentals made from Kindliness Rent A Car Offices at International Airports, which provide 24-hour uninterrupted service.

DRIVER'S LICENSE - AGE OF USE

Persons who are at least 22 years old and have a valid driver's license for 2 years can rent a car. For luxury vehicles, it is obligatory to be at least 25 years old.

ADDITIONAL DRIVE

The use of the vehicle by someone other than the tenant is only possible with the registration of the valid identity and driver's licenses of the drivers who comply with the driving license and age of use rules. If there is no other record and it is determined that the accident was caused by the unregistered driver, the insurances will be void.

ISSUES INCLUDED - NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICES

Prices include unlimited mileage of vehicles, vehicle maintenance expenses and automobile insurance. Requests such as fuel, bridge, highway fees, traffic fines and insurance, one-way fee, vehicle delivery and pick-up fees, baby seat are calculated as extra for the rental day.

PAYMENT - DEPOSIT

Payment of rental fees is taken in advance upon delivery of the vehicle. The vehicles are delivered to the customer with an empty tank, and the empty tank is taken back with fuel.

TRAFFIC FINES

Traffic laws in Turkey allow a maximum speed of 120 km on highways, 90 km on inter-city roads and 50 km in urban areas. Obey the PARKING PROHIBITED signs when parking. Traffic fines and legal responsibilities to be applied to movements that may arise from non-compliance with traffic laws and the fault of the tenant belong to the tenant. After the vehicle is left, the traffic fines that reach Kindliness Rent A Car are reflected to the tenant and the related amount is collected from the tenant in cash or, for those who rent a car from abroad, through the contracted Western Union bank service. The time that will pass due to the fact that the vehicles are kept by the official or local authorities for whatever reason is considered within the contract period.
